When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months’ right to complain. This means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within 8 days after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
